2nd GRADE ORIENTATION

PARENT ORIENTATION for K-2 will be held this Tuesday, August 19th immediately following the 6:30 PTA meeting.  Please plan on attending to hear all about our curriculum, procedures, and the new report card.  This is a meeting for parents, so we respectfully ask that the children be kept at home.  HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

We had a wonderful first week at school!  It has been a pleasure getting to know your child.  We spent much of the week getting to know each other, our classmates, learn the rules at GM, and settle into life in 2nd grade.  It has been very smooth!  We did several math assessments, did a 7 minute test in addition and subtraction, wrote about our summer, and did a baseline Exemplar in math.  I think that this will be a fantastic year!
