I hope that everyone had a fantastic summer! I am very excited about this school year and I wanted to let everyone get to know me a little better. My name is Jill Rodgers and I am originally from Rocky Face, Georgia which is a very small town in the northwest Georgia mountains. I have been teaching for 7 years and all 7 have been in kindergarten. I received my teaching degree in pre-K-5 from the University of West Georgia. I then obtained my Master's Degree and Educational Specialist Degree from Lincoln Memorial University. I am married with three wonderful children. I am a huge Georgia Bulldog fan and when the Bulldogs are "between the hedges" in Athens, my husband and I are there cheering them on! I love spending time with my family, shooting basketball, taking pictures, and I truly love teaching kindergarten. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and I can't wait to begin our kindergarten journey.
