Tis the season to be jolly and busy with holiday activities. Please read carefully as there are many things you need to pay attention to.
Grandparent's Luncheon was awesome. The students did a great job presenting,"Tom the Turkey". I was so proud of them as am sure you were.
Mr. Squiggles would like to visit one of you over the winter holidays. If your child will be willing to take care of Mr. Squiggles over the holiday please send in a note. You must agree to keep all cats or other prey away from him, keep him in a cool environment and talk to him everyday. The students can hold him if they are gentle. It is a must to use hand sanitizer after holding him. Send in a note if you have questions.
Holiday Party
Our Holiday Party will be on Wednesday, December 21st. The time will be announced. You will be hearing from Misty Latham and our room moms very soon to let you know how you can suport our class.
Canned Food Drive
Student council is collecting canned food for needy families. There is a prize for the class that collects the most.
Class Auction
Our first class auction will be Monday, December 19th. what a great time to clean out old toys or unused itewms. This is a huge event and is run auctioneer style with bidding paddles and all.Please consider donating some items so the students can spend some of their hard earned money.
Benchmark Testing
This is a test that gages skills learned and skills the students need more help with. the test will be administered on December 13, 14, 15. It is about an hour daily
Please make sure that your child is getting enough rest as we have \a great deal of curriculum to cover this month. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
