Spirit Day

October is here and the calendar will be posted soon.  Tomorrow is Spirit Day.  I have tye dyed the students' shirts for them.  They are adorable.  They can change when they come in the morning.  Fall Festival is tomorrow night from 5:00-8:00.  I will be here.  I will be selling popcorn and cotton candy at the Relay For Life table, come by to visit me if you get a chance.  This is a great arena for the children to laugh, play and run around.  I hope everybody has a great time.

Tomorrow is also silly sock and silly sneakers day.  They children can dress accordingly.  Our special tomorrow is music.

Target will be Monday 10/6 rather than 10/8, please make a note of the change.

We will be finishing up chapter 3 in math tomorrow and will have a test on Monday 10/6.  Target kids can take the math test in lieu of morning work.

The students learned a new song today about rocks and minerals.  It goes to the tune of Row,Row,Row Boat.  They sang it as they observed rocks and minerals and made vocabulary cards.  This class of students is truly a gift.
