Lines!

We have started the month of September focusing on one of the simplest Elements of art: line.  The 5th grade - 1st grade students have been using a variety of lines around their name to create some very cool pieces of artwork.  Kindergarten has also been focusing on the Element of line to learn how to make stars.

Remember that the art room is always in need of a few household items such as, empty egg cartons, empty coffee cans, old ribbon, and clean empty yogurt cups.
