To All My in Coming 5th Graders,
I cannot believe that summer is ending and I am preparing for your return already! I hope you all have had a spectacular summer filled with family, friends, sunshine and s'mores! I had a very quiet summer here at home since my children spent most of their time with their grandparents at the beach in Delaware, where I am from. I enjoyed reading many books, cooking with some great summer produce from the farmers market and lounging by the pool.
I have been busy the past few weeks taking some great classes at KSU to make me a better teacher and also getting our room ready. I am so excited to meet all of you and work hard to get you ready for middle school. I hope you have been reading and have mastered those math facts! You have so much to learn this year and I am ready to teach, are you ready to learn?
